Message: I had over 25 keys to copy, and Emily was elected to help me. She took her time to ensure the keys were done and not get them confused. She was pleasant and very sweet. She even helped another customer while helping me. I can't say the same for the cashier girl. She was in a hurry and seemed annoyed at all of the keys that needed to be scanned but also kept in reach bag so as to not get them messed up. Maybe she was stressed? I don't know. I do know that Emily was great! Please recognize her.

Message: Conveniently located right by my favorite grocery store this Westlake hardware store has it all. Knowledgeable staff and a large selection. Plenty of free parking and good for a quick stop. Very helpful as advertised. I've always considered them to be a bit pricey but I guess that's the price you pay for convenience and support.
