Review/Comment

Name: Kevin Oldham
Message: Lawn Master Systems (Mike) installed our original system a few years ago (Feb 2013 for $2800) and when we had hardscape work performed in our backyard in December 2016, Mike was called to come cap off our system. In February 2016 we called Mike to schedule the modifications due to the hardscape he said he could do the work. In the meantime we scheduled our landscaping install and we left repeated messages for him to come modify the irrigation. He never returned a call, VM, or text until March 21 when we asked him to reimburse us for the $90 we paid him in Jan to cap off the system. He said he would and has not as of this posting date.

He knew modifications would have to be completed after he capped our system and said he could do it and never returned a text or voicemail to perform the work, which forced us to identify another irrigation contractor.

The way he capped the system has required us to hire another company to install a new system.

The original install was good, the follow-up for modifications was absolutely terrible and has cost us an additional $3200.
